摘要
目的:观察培土活血解毒法对2型糖尿病患者血糖及其胰岛素抵抗的影响。方法:将62例2型糖尿病患者随机分为中药组和西药组。中药组用培土活血解毒的水煎剂,西药组用美吡达片治疗。2组疗程均为1月,治疗前后进行空腹血糖、餐后2小时血糖和空腹胰岛素测定,并计算胰岛素敏感性指数。结果:①中药组降糖疗效总有效率为84.4%,改善胰岛素抵抗总有效率为78.2%,与西药组疗效相当,但中药组的血脂、血液流变学治疗后与治疗前比较,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。②中药组的胰岛素敏感性指数及血糖显著改善(P<0.001),血糖降低与IAI呈负相关。结论:培土活血解毒法有较好的降糖及改善胰岛素抵抗的作用。
Objective:To observe the effect of Peitu Huoxue Jiedu (PHJ) therapy on blood sugar(BS)and its insulin resistance in type 2 diabetes. Methods:62 cases were allocated to Chinese drug group (CDG) and western medicine group (WMG) randomly. The CDG treated by PHJ decoction and WMG by glipizide. One month constituted a course of treatment. The fasting BS and insulin, and BS 2h after meal were determined before and after treatment, and the insulin sensitivity index (ISI) was calculated. Results:1In CDG, the total effective rate lowering was 84.4%, that of for improving insulin resistance was 78.2%, which are similar to WMG, but the blood fat and blood rheology in CDG after treatment showed very significant difference (P < 0.01).2The ISI and BS were markedly reduced in CDG (P < 0.001), and the decrease of BS and IAI showed negative correlation. Conclusion:PHJ therapy possesses a good effect for lowering BS and improving insulin resistance.
