摘要
肾移植术后有不少并发症如肾功能延迟恢复、营养不良、感染、环孢素血浓度低下、红细胞增多症、药物性肝损害等,处理不当,可影响移植肾功能,甚至导致患者死亡。中医药在改善肾移植术后患者的临床症状、促进肾功能恢复、减少或防止并发症发生、提高生存质量等方面有一定的优势,值得进一步研究、提高。
Complications such as delayed recovery of renal function,malnutrition,infection,low blood concentration of ciclosporin,erythromatosis,medicamentous liver lesion,etc.may occur after renal transplantation(RT).In case of inappropriate treatment,the function of transplanted kidney may be interfered or even death may ensue.TCM treatment is beneficial for improving the clinical symptoms,promoting the recovery of renal function,decreasing or preventing the occurrence of complications and enhancing the life quality.It is worthy for further study.
