摘要 目的 :探讨腹腔镜术中充入CO2 对腹腔温度的影响。方法 :相对稳定的手术条件下 ,用温度计分别测定手术初、术中 15min、手术结束时腹腔温度。结果 :CO2 充入腹腔后 3次测定的腹腔温差通常在 1℃之间。结论 :腹腔镜术中充入CO2 对腹腔温度的影响甚微 ,这可能是腹腔镜手术机体免疫功能得以保护的原因之一。 Objective:To study the effect of inflating CO 2 on temperature in peritoneal cavity during laparoscopy.Methods:Under the relatively steady operative condition. The temperature in peritoneal cavity at beginning, 15min, end of operation was measured with thermometer.Results:The difference of temperature in 3 times was less than 1℃.Conclusions:The effect of inflating CO 2 on temperature in peritoneal cavity during laparoscopy is little. It may be the cause of immune function protected commendably during laparoscopy.
