摘要
目的调查ABO血型不合夫妇的产前血型抗体水平,探讨诊断及预防新生儿溶血病(HDN)的有效方法。方法选择夫妇ABO血型不合者418例,采用血型血清学方法进行相关检测分析。结果调查取得数据可靠、准确,与临床追踪HDN的发生相符。结论夫妇间ABO血型不合者及时检测产前血型抗体水平,对预报HDN发生及胎儿受害起决定性作用。
Objective To search effective methods of diagnosis and prevention for hemolytic disease of newborn (HDN) via the antenatal blood group antibody level estimation of the gestational couples having ABO blood group uncoupling(ABGU). Methods To determine the antibody level of ABGU by means of blood group serology assay in 418 cases of the gestational couples who have been confirmed ABGU. Results The laboratorial data from survey is in accordance with clinic following-up data of HDN, which demonstrated that the antenatal antibody prediction is useful to clinic diagnosis and treatment of HDN. Conclusion The antenatal blood group antibody level assay of ABGU in the gestational couples is beneficial to predicting HDN and avoiding the fetal injuries.
