Advances of dendritic cells in transplantation immunologic tolerance
摘要
树突状细胞 (dendrticcell,DC)是功能最强大的抗原呈递细胞 ,它对于免疫反应和免疫耐受之间的平衡具有重要作用。近年来DC在移植免疫中的作用日益受到重视 ,基因修饰DC诱导移植耐受的研究也取得重要进展。本文对DC耐受的分子机制 。
