高胆固醇血症小鼠主动脉壁VEGF蛋白的表达 被引量:3

摘要 目的 探讨血管内皮生长因子 (VEGF)在动脉粥样硬化形成过程中的作用。方法 用免疫组化SABC法观察C5 7BL/ 6J纯系小鼠经脂肪乳灌胃 8周后 ,其主动脉壁的VEGF蛋白表达。结果 正常组主动脉壁VEGF蛋白表达均为阴性 ,仅外膜残存脂质VEGF阳性。脂肪乳组血栓中、局部增生的新内膜均有VEGF蛋白表达。结论 高脂血症状态下 ,内源性VEGF可能参与血栓形成及内膜增生 ,促进动脉粥样硬化发生发展。 Objective To explicate the effect of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) on the atherogenesis. Method C57BL/6J mice were given lipid milk everyday for 8 weeks, VEGF protein expression in the aortic walls was measured with immunohistochemical SABC method. Results In the normal group, the expression of VEGF protein was not found in the aortic wall except for the remaining adipose. In lipid milk group, the expression of VEGF protein was found in the thrombus and the proliferating neointima in aortic wall. Conclusion The results suggest that in the condition of hypercholesterolemia, the entrogenous VEGF mignt be related to the formation of thrombi and vascular initial proliferation and promoting the generation and development of the atherosclerosis.
