摘要 针对丙烯腈/丁二烯/苯乙烯共聚物装置干燥系统连续4次发生着火的原因进行了详细分析,并对避免着火的措施提出了见解,即采用以喷淋塔为核心的氮气循环干燥。氮气循环干燥实施后取得了明显效果。 A detailed analysis was carried out against the cause of fire accidents of 4 times in the drying system of acrylonitrile/butadiene/styrene copolymer (ABS) unit in Daqing General Plant. A countermeasure in which nitrogen-circulation drying process was taken in the spray tower was set forth in order to avoid the failures. The goal set for safety in the ABS production was fulfilled after replacing air with cyclic nitrogen in drying system.
