摘要
采用空气-乙炔火焰和四丁基氯化铵(TBAC)作增敏剂进行了铝的测定,考察了各种含氨化合物的增敏作用及各种酸对它的影响,通过标准加入法消除了基体共存元素的干扰。建立的方法可满意地进行工业硅中x‰~x%铝的测定。
The determination of aluminium was performed by air-acetylene flame AAS with tetra-n-butylammonium chloride as a sensitizing agent. Sensitization of some amino-compounds and effects of a series of acids were investigated. The matrix interference was eliminated by standard addition method. The method can be satisfactrily used for the determination of x‰~x% aluminium in industrial silicon.
