摘要
本文通过对奥默毕赤氏酵母发酵过程的拟合 ,初步确定了该菌株发酵葡萄糖和木糖的最适浓度分别为 0 .10kg·L-1和 0 .0 76kg·L-1。发酵 0 .10kg·L-1葡萄糖的最适发酵时间为 3 6h,发酵 0 .0 76kg·L-1木糖的最适发酵时间为 62 .2h。
Through fitting the fermentation process of the Pichia ohmeri,it was got that the optimal concentrations of the glucose and xylose were 0.10kg·L -1and 0.076kg·L -1 separately. The fermentation time was 36h when the glucose of 0.10 kg·L -1 was fermented and the fermentation time was 62.2h when the xylose of 0.076 kg·L -1 was fermented
