介绍了国内外有关茶多酚的研究情况 ,详细论述了茶多酚的组成与性质。
In this paper,the information about the study on tea-polyphenols world wide is introduced. The components and natrue,different extraction ways and medical application of tea-polyphenols are discussed in detail.
