摘要
从人参花蕾中提取的挥发油经气相色谱法、气-质联用分析得到51个色谱峰,鉴定出23种化合物。
Total volatil oil of dried ginseng flower bud (grown in Fusong Country, Jilin Province) was obtained, the yield being 0.2%. The total volatile oil was analysed by using capillary GC and GC/MS instruments respectively, and 51 chromatographic peaks were observed. The mass spectrum of each peak was searched by the computer spectra library and was compared with standard spectra and was analysed routinely. Twenty three compounds were identified (Table 1). The principal chemical constituents are sequiterpenes, an open chain alkane,carboxylic acid, ester and ketone.The content of sequiterpenes in the volatile oil is about 37%.This study provides scientific evidence for comprehensive utilization of ginseng source.
