摘要
本文论述了马尾松脱脂机理,并提出以脱油率、材面溢脂状况、白度、强度作为质量控制指标。在100℃下,添加0.5%氮基化合物对马尾松处理1.5h,使其可达到工业用材要求。
The deresinating mechanism and methods for Masson's Pine( Pinus massoniana ) wood were discussed in this paper. The author deemed the only process necessary for deresinating Masson's Pine was turpentine removal. Therefore, the removal ratio of turpentine, the spillage of oleoresin, brightness and wood strength as the quality testing indexes for deresinated wood were redefined. Furthermore, an experiment on mechanical properties of deresinated Masson's Pine was conducted. Results showed that after treating with 0.5% nitridocompound at 100 ℃ for 1.5 h, the wood still had enough mechanical strength for finger jointing and was suitable for furniture and decorative materials.
