摘要
以兰化303厂雨排污水为例,提出了微絮凝过滤处理含乳化油废水的处理工艺.通过实验,达到了其良好的除油效果,油的去除率可达80%左右,并对主要影响因素进水含油浓度、滤速、絮凝剂种类和投加量、反冲洗方式等进行了分析讨论.最后确定了工艺流程和设计参数的合理选择.
Microflocculation is used to treat the oilbearing wastewater in Lanzhou PetroleumChemical Engineering Corporation. The study focuses on the primary influential facts, such as influent oilbearing concentrations, flowrates, kinds and dosage of coagulant, backwashing , and confirms the application parameter. Test results show that this method is highly efficient and the oil removal is about 80%.
