摘要
中国加入世贸组织后,铁路运输将面临国际运输业的严峻挑战,特别是集装箱、冷藏运输和运输代理方面。因此,铁路应改进运输组织水平,提高服务质量,增加运输能力,依法规范经营行为,并加强人才培养,充分发挥人才作用,以应对竞争,促进发展。
Following China's accession to WTO, the railway transport industry faces with the severe challenge of the internationaltransport industry, particularly in the fields of the container and refrigeration transport and the transport agency. Therefore, it isimperative for the railway sector to improve its level of the transport organization, raise the service quality, enhance its transportcapacity and standardize its operation according to the law. Moreover, it should also enhance its training of the talents and bring intofull play the role of the talents to cope with the competition and promote the development.
