摘要
AD7715是美国Analog-Devices公司生产的高精度模数转换芯片。片内含有可编程增益放大器、可编程数字滤波器和寄存器 ,采用Σ -Δ转换技术实现 16位的精确测量。芯片可通过 3线串行接口与外部进行数据交换 ,很适合于灵敏的基于微控制和DSP的系统。本文简明扼要地介绍了AD7715芯片的特点和内部寄存器的功能与设置 ,并给出了AD7715与AT89C5 2的硬件连接电路和相关的测量软件程序。
The AD7115 is an A/D convert chip with high precision that produced by Analog-devices corp.It use technique to realize the sixteen bits accurale measure and has programmable gain amplifier,programmable digital filter and register.For the chip can exchange data with external through serial port,it fits for nimble microcontrol and DSP system.This paper introduces the characteristics of AD7715,the functions and settings of internal register,the connection circuit between AD7715 and AT8952 and some relevant measure program.
