摘要
简述了传感器的发展简况,比较了力传感器基本类型及其优缺点,对电阻应变式测力(称重)传感器发展进行了评述,讨论了若干关键技术及研究热点。
In this paper,the developments of sensor are briefly introduced,basal types and advantages and disadvantages of the force sensors are compared,the developments of resistance strain force sensors are reviewed,the study trend and some key technology are discussed
