The importance of satellite navigation positioning system and urgency and necessity of navigation positioning system developed in our country are expounded in the paper by introducing GPS of the United States,GLONSS of Russia,Galileo of Europe and the several kinds of navigation positioning system of'the Big Dipper Navigation Positioning System'of China.
