摘要
对特殊形状的小直径卷圆成形进行了分析 ,选择了非常规工艺方法 ,并进行工艺试验。确定了合理的展开形状和尺寸 ,制定出切实可行的工艺方案。用简单的模具 。
Rounding forming of casing pipe with little diameter and special shape is analyzed. An irregular technology method is selected and the technology test for casing pipe is conducted.Reasonable unfolded forming and dimension is ascertained and practicable process is established. Qualified parts have been produced with simple die.
