摘要
对塑性成形技术和科学在 2 0世纪取得的成果进行了总结 ,将塑性成形的主要体现———模具技术作为论述的结合重点 ,并指出 2 1世纪塑性成形技术与科学的发展必然是与其它学科交叉发展。提出了以数字化为体现主因素的数字化塑性成形技术体系 ,从产品过程驱动的角度指明了体系中的关键技术所在。其中包括了设计层的反向设计技术和基于知识的设计、模拟层的虚拟现实技术和数字化仿真以及制造层的快速原型和高速制造技术 ,并对这些支撑关键技术的现状、研究重点和难点以及今后发展方向进行了评述。
Some results about plasticity forming technology and science were summarized.It is especially that the mould technologies were introduced as emphases.And pointed out,in 21 century,the developments of plasticity forming technology and science must be crossed with other subjects.At the same time,the digital plasticity forming technology system taking digital as main factors were put forward,and key technologies in system were also put forward from production driven viewpoints.These key technologies include reverse design technology,design based on KBE,virtue manufacturing,digital simulation,rapid prototyping and high speed manufacturing technologies.And their status,key points and difficulties were also evaluated.At last,the combine on digital manufacturing with traditional manufacturing should be understood from strategy.
