摘要
利用热模拟试验机研究了一种屈服强度达800MPa的高强度低合金钢在连续冷却工艺条件下的组织变化情况。并利用热膨胀法建立了静态和动态条件下的连续冷却转变曲线,分析了冷却速度对组织和性能的影响。研究表明,在较宽冷却速度范围内(5~20℃/s)都能有贝氏体组织生成;变形温度对中温贝氏体转变和贝氏体显微硬度值的影响很小。
Utilize hot simulation experiment machine to carry on experiment study about the transformation of microstructure of HSLA steel,which yield stress is at least 800MPa,during the continuous cooling conditionsWe have obtained the continuous cooling transformation curves under deformed and undeformed conditions through thermal dilation method,and analyzed the influence of the cooling rate on the microstructure and mechanical propertiesThe results show that bainite can be formed during a large cooling rates scale from 5 to 20 centigrade per secondThe influence of the deformation temperature on the microhardness of bainite and the transformation of bainite that forms at moderate temperature is slight
