摘要
提出并详细分析了一种全桥移相式零电压零电流PWM软开关的电路拓扑结构,在超前桥臂和滞后桥臂上分别采用了MOSFET和IGBT2种不同的功率器件,提高了变换效率和改善了软开关效果。同时,以UC3875控制器为基础设计了高频软开关电源,验证了电路原理的正确性及实际应用的可行性。
A full-bridge phase-shifted ZVZCS PWM soft-switching topology is presented and analyzed in detail.MOSFET is used in ahead bridge and IGBT is used in lagging bridge.The efficiency and the performance of soft-switching are improved.By this way,the high-frequency soft-switching power supply based on UC3875is designed,which verifies itsfeasibility.
