摘要
目的 测定大肠埃希菌对 13种抗生素的耐药性。方法 采用VITEK -3 2型全自动微生物分析仪测定 410株大肠埃希菌的药敏和超广谱 β -内酰胺酶 (ESBLs)。结果 大肠埃希菌对氨苄西林、替卡西林的耐药率分别为 75 .1%、76.4% ,阿莫西林 /棒酸、头孢西丁、头孢噻肟、头孢他啶、庆大霉素、妥布霉素、萘啶酸、培氟沙星、奈替米星、复方新诺明的耐药率为 13 .1%~ 61.5 % ,亚胺培南为 2 .1%。大肠埃希菌产超广谱 β -内酰胺酶为 3 1%。结论 大肠埃希菌对亚胺培南的耐药率最低 。
Objective To determine antimicrobial resistanee of 410 strains of E.coli to thirteen antibiotics. Methods 410 strains antibiotics susceptibility of E.coli and extended spectrum β-Lactamaes(ESBLs) were tested by VITEK-32 system. Results Resistant rate of E.coli to Ampicillin,Ticarcillin and Imipenem were 75.1% 76.4% and 2.1%,while the resistant rates of E.coli to Amoxicillin/clavulanic Acid,Cefoxitin,Cefotaxime,Ceftazidime,Gentamicin,Tobramycin,Halidixic Acid,Pefloxacin,Netilmicin,Trimethoprim/sulfa were 13.1%~61.5%. Conclusion E.coli is the lowest resistant rate to Imipenem,it shall be the first choice antibiotic for treatment of serious clinical infection wihth E.coli.
