一阶导数光谱法测定口泰含漱液中两组分含量

摘要 目的:建立同时测定口泰含漱液中甲硝唑和葡萄糖酸洗必泰含量的分析方法。方法:采用一阶导数光谱法不经分离直接测定口泰含漱液中两组分的含量。结果:甲硝唑在 342 nm处 ,3~ 16 μg/ml浓度 (Y)范围内 ,谷零间振幅 X对 Y呈良好线性 ;葡萄糖酸洗必泰在 2 6 3nm处 ,3~ 18μg/ml浓度 (Y)范围内 ,谷零间振幅 X对 Y呈良好线性。平均回收率分别为 :甲硝唑 99.7% ,葡萄糖酸洗必泰 10 0 .3% ;相对标准差 (RSD)分别为 :甲硝唑 1.2 % ,葡萄糖酸洗必泰 1.7%。 结论 :一阶导数光谱法简便、快速、准确 ,适用于该产品的质量分析检验。 Objective: A method was established to determine the content of metronidazole and chlorhexidine gluconate without any seperation step in compound chlorhexidine mouthrinse solution. Methods: First derivative spectrophotometry was used in this study. Results: The linear relation of valley zero range with concentration of metronidazole was in good over the concentration range of 3~16 μg/ml at 342nm; At 263 nm, the linear relation of valley zero range with concentration of chlorhexidine gluconate was in good over the concentration range of 3~18 μg/ml. The average recovery of metronidazole was 99.7%, with RSD 1.2% and chlorhexidine gluconate was 100.3%, with RSD1.7%. Conclusion: The method is simple,rapid, accurate. It is suitable for the determination of compound chlorhexidine mouthrinse solution.
