摘要
目的 :探讨跟骨关节内骨折早期切开复位有限内固定的疗效。方法 :对 2 1例 2 3侧跟骨关内骨折行切开复位、骨圆针或螺钉有限内固定 ,同时植骨。结果 :2 1例经平均 18个月随访 ,按照天津医院骨科制定的评分标准 ,优良率为 82 .6%。结论
Objective:To study the curative effect the treatment of intra-articular fracture of calcaneus by early open reduction and limited internal fixation.Methods:21 patients with intra-articular fracture of calcaneus were undergone open reduction,limited fixiation with Steinmann pin or lag screw and bone transplantation at the same time.Results:All patients were followed up by an average of 18 monthes,the excellent and good rate was 82.6% according to the score criterion of Department of Orthopaedics of Tianjing Hospital.Conclusion:Open reduction and limited internal fixation is a good choice of treating intra-articular fracture of calcaneus.
