摘要
目的 :根据 Pilon骨折的特点 ,探讨通过中西医结合方法治疗的效果。方法 :收治 Pilon骨折 5 2例 ,根据改良Ruedi和 Allgower分型 ,其中 型 19例 , 型 2 2例 , 型 11例。采用手法复位 ,小夹板、石膏托固定、跟骨牵引、手术复位内固定 ,早期外敷四黄散 ,后期中药外洗等方法治疗。结果 :平均随访 2年 ,根据王栋梁等提出的踝关节功能临床评分系统评分 ,结果表明 型优良率 95 % , 型优良率 82 % , 型优良率 5 5 %。结论 :明确骨折损伤机制 ,运用中西医结合方法 ,可明显提高
Objective:To discuss the treatment of Pilon′s fractures by traditional Chinese and Western medicine according to the characteristic of the fracture.Methods:52 cases were reported.According to modified Ruedi and Allgower′s classification,19 cases were belong to type Ⅰ,22 cases to type Ⅱ and 11 cases to type Ⅲ.The treatment include closed reduction,splintage,plaster bandage fixation,calcaneal traction and open reduction-internal fixation.Herbs were used to alleriate swelling and pain in early periold during the fracture healing and improve ankle′s function renewal in later time.Results:All cases were followed up in an average of 2 years.According to the Ankle Function Clinical Evaluation System by Wang Dong Liang.etc,the excellent and good rate was 95% among type Ⅰ cases,82% among type Ⅱ cases and 55% among type Ⅲ cases.Conclusion:Identify the mechanism of the pilon′s fracture and treatment it by traditional Chinese and Western medicire can improve apparently the curative effect of pilon′s fracture.
