摘要
介绍了世界主要产煤国家改善煤矿安全状况的 10条措施和各国政府对煤炭工业的扶持政策 ,对解决我国煤矿安全和保健问题提出了 10条政策建议。
This paper introduces 10 measures implemented in the world's major coal producing countries on improving work safety in coal mines. This is followed by the presentation of coal sector encouraging policies of relevant countries. Finally, the paper puts forward 10 policy side suggestions on solutions to coal mine health and safety problems in China.
