摘要
本文通过对加种子单槽碳分的试验室试验及工业试验,找到了单槽碳分生产非冶金用氢氧化铝合适的生产条件,使产品性能达到了非冶金用氢氧化铝的使用要求。
It was found that an operating condition produce non-metallurgical hydrate alumina by thecarbonation in the single tank through both laboratory and industrial tests. The usability of its product canmeet requirements of the non-metallurgical hydrate alumina. The single tank precipitation can reduce theinfluence of the large-scale production fluctuation on the special hydrate alumina production, which willimprove the quality and capacity of the product.
