广东出口市场多元化战略探讨

摘要 为实现广东出口市场多元化,根据国内外形势和广东国民经济发展的总体规划以及20年后赶上“四小龙”的要求,提出广东出口额到2000年力争达到650亿美元。出口市场分布的总体设想分四个层次;巩固和发展港澳市场;重点培植日本和东南亚市场;进一步挤进北美、西欧和澳新市场;迅速扩大和开发中东、东欧、独联体市场和拉美、非洲市场。为达到此目标提出五项措施。 In order to realize the Pluralization of the export market of Guangdong, the general plan for developing Guangdong's eeonomy, the desire to catch up with the 'Four Tigers' within twenty years, it is suggested that Guangdong's value of exports should reach 65 billion dollars by 2000.The general design for the distribution of the export market consists of four levelss To consolidate and develop the Hongkong and Macao market; to really foster the Japanese and Southeast Asian markets; to further squeeze into the North American,Western European, Australian and New Zealand markets; to rapidly expand and cultivate the Middle East, Eastern European, the Commonwealth of Indepnndent States, Latin American and African markets. In order to achieve these aims, five measures are proposed in this article. (See p.17)
