摘要
采用 ICP- AES测定了镁合金中的 Zn、Mn、Zr、Ce,进行了酸度试验 ,氢氟酸用量试验 ,分析线的选择 ,并研究了基体元素对待测元素的干扰。测定值与标钢值吻合较好 ,RSD<5 %。方法简便可靠 ,可获得令人满意的分析结果。
A method of determination of Zn,Mn,Zr and Ce in Mg-alloys by ICP-AES is proposed.The experiment of acidity,usage amount of HF and selectivity of analytical lines are carried out.The interference of matrix on the analysis of measured elements is studied.The determined value of reference substance is accorded well with the standard value.RSD is less than 5%.The method is simple and reliable.And the results obtained are satisfactory.
