摘要
从可压缩气体雷诺方程出发 ,使用伽辽金法 ,对T型槽干气密封稳态特性进行了有限元分析 ,推导出相应的离散方程并研究方程的算法 ,还自行开发了基于VC6 0平台上的干气密封有限元计算软件。最后 ,把软件计算结果与文献值和实验值进行比较 ,验证了计算方法和程序编制的正确性 。
An efficient and accurate finite element method was proposed to analyze the steady state performance of T shape groove dry gas seals. The method is based on the Galerkin weighted residual method and a discrete equation is derived from the compressible gas Reynolds Equation. The discrete equation was solved by a numerical iteration. A software was developed for computing the T shape groove dry gas seals based on the VC6 0 environment. The computed results well agreed with the experiment results.
