摘要
通过对1951～1996年出现的干旱、暴雨、洪水及雨涝、冰雹、风灾等主要气象灾害的特征和规律进行统计分析,总结得出:宁夏的气象灾害具有种类多,范围广,频次多,持续时间长,灾情严重,具有群发性和诱发性等特点。在此基础上提出了气象防灾减灾对策。
We analyzed the characteristic and l aw of main meteorological disaster:drought ,rainstorm,flood,hail and gale etc,which occurred from 1951to 1996in Ni ngxia.The results showed that there were many sorts of disaster in Ningxia.They used to occur severely?frequently and almost all regions in Ningxia,and lasted for long time in t he past.Usually they kept company wi th each other.A measures for preventin g and reducing the disaster have been conducted based on the analysis.
