摘要
磁流变液 (MR)是一种应用前景广阔的智能材料 ,它在强磁场的作用下 ,可从牛顿流体变为具有较高屈服应力的粘塑性流体 ,且这种转变连续、迅速、可逆变化 .用磁流变液制成的减震驱动器装置简单 ,体积小 ,耗能小 ,是一种新型理想的半主动控制装置 .本文介绍了磁流变液的工作机理 ,建立了磁流变阻尼器的阻尼力模型 .结果表明 ,用磁流变液制成减振驱动装置是一种具有广泛应用前景的半主动控制装置 .
Under the action of strong magnetic field,magneto rheological (MR) fluid can be changed from Newton liquid into a viscoplastic analog with high yielding stress and the change is continous,rapid and reversible.The contruction of the dampers made by MR fluid is simple,small size and lower power consumption.It is a new ideal semi active control device.the mechanism of MR and the damping force are introduced in this paper.It is showed that the dampers is a widely potential application as a semi active device.
