摘要
本文对后张法预应力筋张拉后割筋方法做了与以往采用砂轮割筋方法不同的对比试验研究 .研究证明 ,采用电焊割筋 ,在保证锚环及夹片以外一定预留长度范围的情况下 ,对预应力筋、锚具及结构均无较大影响 ,是一种较为简单适用 ,经济可行的操作方法 ,为今后预应力割筋探索出一条新路 .
A new method of cutting prestressed reinforcement that have been stretched by means of post tensioning,is briefly introduced as follows;This method is called electrowelding cutting.Experiments and studies have been done.Comparation between this method and that of the typical cutting with emery wheel shows that this new method has very little side effect on the prestressed reinforcement,the anchorage device and the whole structure. Electrowelding cutting is an economical,applicable and simple method,which carries out a bright future for the technigues of prestressed strand catting.
