摘要
用生物转化法将可再生资源 (如淀粉、纤维素等 )转化为重要的化工原料是目前生物技术领域的一个重要课题。本文以甘油生物转化为 1 ,3 丙二醇过程为考察对象 ,系统综述了该过程代谢和基因调控的研究现状 ,并对今后的研究提出了一些建议。
Biocatalysis or bioconversion has been becoming an important field in biotechnology.In this paper the recent progress of glycerol bioconversion to 1,3-propanediol is reviewed in aspects of metabolic pathway and genetic regulation.It includes the strains,metabolic pathway and analysis,key enzymes and important intermediates,dha regulon and its expression in E.coli.Some suggestions about the microbial production of 1,3-propanediol are also pointed out. ;
