摘要
PNA是一类以多肽为骨架的核苷酸类似物 ,它不带电荷 ,杂交特异性强 ,能抵抗核酸酶及蛋白酶的降解 ,因此可作为杂交探针用于疾病诊断 ,或作为反义试剂进行基因治疗的探索。以下对PNA的合成及其在分子杂交诊断、基因治疗等基础医学领域的广泛用途做一综述。
PNA(peptide nucleic acid ) is a DNA mimic with a pseudopeptide backbone.It has non- charged nature which make it has strong speciality in hybridization.Also it own highly resistance to protease and nuclease attacks.So it can be used in disease diagnosis and gene therapy.This review focuses on synthesis and applications of PNA in basic medicine. ;
