老年血液透析患者高血压的发病机制及治疗

摘要本文对老年血液透析患者高血压的发病机制及治疗进行了讨论。其发病机制是通过增加心排血量和总外周血管阻力所致。而其治疗的方法是经正确评估干体重,控制水、盐摄入量,以及合理地使用钙拮抗剂、血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂等降压药物。
