摘要
目的 :研究肝硬化上消化道出血反复发作的诱因 ,制定预防措施。方法 :分析、总结 5 4例肝硬化上消化道出血反复发作的相关因素。结果 :饮食不当、精神紧张、腹腔感染和 /或内压增高、输液输血过速、过量等是造成病情反复发作的主要诱因。结论 :消除诱发因素 ,做好健康指导 。
Objective:To investigate for etiology about recurrent hameorrhage of upper digestive tract in hepatic cirrhosis patients Method:54 cases had been analyzed for related factors Result:Insuitable diet,renousness,abdomenal infection and hypertension in abdomenal cavity too much infusion and transfusion,all are responsible for recurrent seizure of haemorrhage Co^nclusion:It's effective for prevention to eliminate inducing factors,put forward health education,treat fundamental disease
