摘要
对广州地区节瓜(BenincasahispidaCoga.var.chieh guaHow)枯萎病病原菌进行了形态鉴定和致病性及生物学特性测定,结果表明,引起广州地区节瓜枯萎病的病原菌属于美丽组尖镰孢菌(Fusariumoxysporum).该菌分生孢子萌发及菌丝生长的最适温度为25℃,致死温度为54℃.在弱碱性或碱性环境下,孢子能较好地萌发生长,当pH7 21~9 53时,孢子萌发率>50%.在酸性及强碱性环境下,孢子萌发受到抑制,尤其在强酸(pH<1 10)和强碱(pH>10 07)环境下,孢子都不能萌发.
The pathogen of Chiehqua (Benincasa hispida Coga.var.chiehqua How)wilt was studied by isolating in wilted Chiehqua plant tissues and identifying in morphology, and evaluating in pathogenicity. The results showed that the pathogen causing wilt of Chiehqua plants in Guangzhou distract, Guangdong Province was Fusarium oxysporum Schl.emend.Snyder & Hansen. The optimum temperatures of conidium germination and hypha growth of the pathogen were 25℃, and its lethal temperature was 54℃. The conidia could germinate well under the condition of weak alkalinity or alkalinity, for example, the conidium germination rates were over 50% when the pH value was 721~953, but were inhibited under the condition of acidity and strong alkalinity, especially strong acidity(pH<110)and alkalinity(pH>1007).
