摘要 在分析黄浦江干流水质及黄浦江接纳污染负荷现状的基础上,利用数学模型模拟分析了直排黄浦江的点污染源纳管、虹口港和杨树浦港地区污水截流、水流调度方案对黄浦江干流水质的改善效果。分析了黄浦江上游地区面源污染控制对水质的改善作用。结果表明,实施直排的点污染源纳管、虹口港和杨树浦港地区污水截流、苏州河“东引北排”调水方案、黄浦江上游地区面源污染控制等措施后,黄浦江干流监测断面水质基本达到水域功能区确定的水质标准,黄浦江干流水质也将相应改善。 Based on analysis of the current water quality andpollutant loads of Huangpu River mainstream, themathematical model has been used to estimate theinterception of wastewater directly received by HuangpuRiver and the flow augmentation scheme of SuzhouCreek to Huangpu River pollution amelioration, theeffect of non-point source pollution treatment on up-per reaches of Huangpu River was also analyzed. Theresult showed that the water quality of typical moni-toring stations will reach the specified standards afterthe wastewater interception, flow augmentation schemeof “drawing from Huangpu River and discharging tothe north”, and non-point source pollution treatmentin upperreaches of Huangpu River. The water qualityof Huangpu River mainstream will getting better cor-respondingly.
