摘要 CONSTEEL电弧炉具有良好的脱磷热力学和动力学条件 ,在加料融化期可将钢中的磷脱至很低的水平。在铁水热装的情况下 ,通过调整供氧强度 ,可冶炼出高碳低磷钢水。这种工艺已在韶钢 90tCONSTEEL电弧炉试验成功 。 CONSTEEL EAF has the advantages of good thermal dynamics and kinetics to dephosphorization. During the periods of charging and melting, the content of phosphor can be decreased to very low level. By adjusting oxygen flow supplied and controlling decarburization rate under the condition of hot metal charging, the steel of high carbon and low phosphor can be produced. This technology has been adopted successfully and spread widely at Shaoguan Steel.
