摘要
导弹天线罩的电性能指标是决定瞄准精度的主要因素之一 ,为改善天线罩电性能 ,研制专用修磨机床对天线罩内廓面进行精密修磨 .如何精确测量并重构出天线罩的内廓型面 ,建立精密加工基准 ,是实现天线罩精密修磨必须首要解决的关键问题 .针对天线罩内廓型面的特点 ,采用等弦高法获取测量型值点 ,并应用基于最小二乘法的双三次B样条方法重构出测量及加工后的内廓型面 .研究结果表明 。
According to the features of the inner profile, the value points to be measured were determined with an equal chord height algorithm. The inner profiles after measuring and grinding are reconstructed by the bicubic B-spline based on the least square method. The results show that the inner profile of radome could be measured and reconstructed accurately and rapidly by using the methods mentioned above.
