摘要
目的 :优化果糖 1,6 二磷酸二镁的结晶工艺 ,并对产物结构进行分析。方法 :采用醇析和盐析相结合的结晶体系即酒精 -乙酸镁体系使果糖 1,6 二磷酸二镁结晶 ,通过元素分析、红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱、13 C谱及E .COSY型13 C -1H相关谱等对产品结构进行分析。结果 :最佳结晶工艺条件为 :2 0℃、pH 6.0、φ(乙醇 ) =70 % ;确定了产品的结构 ;结晶收率和产品的纯度分别为90 0 %及 98.5 %以上。结论 :该结晶方法简单可行。
Objective:To optimize the crystallization technique of dimagnesium fructose-1,6-diphosphate(FDP-Mg.)and to analyze its structure. Methods: FDP-Mg was crystallized with ethanol precipitation combined with salt precipitation,i.e. ethanol-magnesium acetate. The product was characterized by means of elemental analysis,IR, 1H-NMR, 13 C-NMR and E.COSY-type 13 C- 1H correlation spectrum . Results:The optimal crystallizing condition was 20 ℃,pH6.0,with ethanol concentration of 70%,the structure of the product was confirmed and the yield and purity of the product were more than 90.0% and 98.5%,respectively. Conclusion:The crystallizing method is simple and feasible.
