摘要
采用毛细管气相色谱法对染发剂中苯酚、邻苯二酚、对苯二酚、间苯二酚、邻苯二胺、对苯二胺和间苯二胺七种染料进行了分析 .结果表明 ,该方法能有效地分离这七种染料 ,其检出限为苯酚 5 0ng、邻苯二胺 16 0ng、对苯二胺2 4 0ng、邻苯二酚 2 80ng、间苯二胺 180ng、对苯二酚 190ng、间苯二酚 180ng .方法测定精密度为 2 .0 7%~ 4 .33% ,回收率为 96 .1%~ 10 3.3% .方法具有操作准确、简单、快速。
A GC method for the determination of phenol, o -p henylenediamine, m -phenylenediamine, p -phenylenediamine, catechol, hyd roquinone, and resorcinol in hair dye was reported. The results showed that thes es dyes could be separated with the capillary column completely. The detection l imits were 50 ng,160 ng,180 ng, 240 ng,280 ng,190 ng,180 ng respectively. The de termined precision of the method were 2.07 %~4.33 %. The recoveries were 96.1 % ~103.3 %. The method is simple, rapid and accurate.
