摘要
对天然产物Isocoene全合成研究方法进行了综述 .分析了各合成路线的关键步骤 ,并部分讨论了各方法的优缺点 .
This paper reviews the progress in the total synthesis of a natural product, isocomene. The key reaction of each synthetic route has been analyzed. Both applications and limitations of parts of approaches are discussed.
