摘要
本文分析了制约南天山重点地震监视防御区震时快速反应能力诸因素的现状、存在的问题,在此基础上提出了相应的对策。
This paper analyzes present conditions and existing problems of all factors which restrict rapid response ability in the key monitoring and preparedness area of southern Tianshan in case of the occurrence of an earthquake;and based on this,puts forward relevant measures.
