高拱坝泄洪消能防冲技术发展与应用述评 被引量:8

摘要 高拱坝泄洪消能的特点是坝高落差大、流量大、功率大,位于河谷狭窄地区,泄洪消能与防冲问题突出。经科学研究,采用"分散泄洪,削弱水流冲击力,加固河床,增强河道抗冲能力"的综合治理措施,较好地解决了泄洪消能布置问题。提出了表孔大差动坎加分流齿、双层多孔、水流撞击、下设水垫塘联合消能的典型布置方案,经实践证明,方案可靠,消能效果好。 Prominent problems of high arch dam flood discharge,energy dissipation and scour protection are discussed in this paper.High arch dams are usually situated in narrows gorges and their flood discharge and energy dissipation are characterized by high drop,large flow and great power.Through scientific study,the problems of flood discharge and energy dissipation can be properly solved by adoption of comprehensive treatment measures with'dispersing flood discharge,reducing impact force of flow load and reinforcement of river bed to increase its scour resistance'.It is suggested to adopt overflow spillway openings with differential flip buckets with deflect dents,two levels of spillway openings to have their flood jets impact each other and plunge pool as typical arrangement for flood discharge and energy dissipation.Practice demonstrates that the above scheme is reliable and achieves good results in energy dissipation.
