摘要
多电平变频器正逐渐成为中高压大容量调速系统领域中的研究热点,直流电容电压平衡和脉冲宽度调制(PWM)控制算法是研究难点。为了通过仿真来研究这类系统,编制了多电平调速系统仿真软件,提出了一种新的建模方法,将面向功能模块的串行计算方法和面向理想电路模型的并行计算方法相结合,可兼顾仿真效率和精度。软件的操作界面友好易用,采用拼接方式构造系统,并可用图形方式查看仿真结果。通过仿真一个五电平逆变器驱动异步电动机的实例验证了仿真的准确性。
Multilevel converters are being more widely used, but the DC capacitance voltages are not easily balanced and the pulse width modulation (PWM) control scheme is difficult. A software package was developed to simulate multilevel converters and motor drive systems. The modeling method integrates circuitoriented and functionoriented simulations, so it possesses the advantages of both, and efficient and precise simulation is realized. The graphical interface is very user friendly. A fivelevel converter drive system has been studied using this software and the simulation results verify the softwares validity.
