摘要
电磁转动惯量的本质是旋转带电体产生的自有场对它的反作用,可从带电粒子或其产生的场的动量、角动量或能量求电磁转动惯量,而从带电粒子或其产生的场的动量和带电体的电磁能量求电磁转动惯量是其它文献所未指出的.
The nature of the electromagnetic rotating inertia is the counteraction of the self electromagnetic field of the charged rotating objects. Thus electromagnetic rotating inertia can be obtained from charged particle; or from the electromagnetic momentum, angular momentum or energy of the charged particle. Most important, the methods in which electromagnetic rotating inertia is obtained through means of charged particle or through the electromagnetic momentum and energy of the charged particle have never been mentioned by other literature.
