摘要
微量元素是指人体每日需要量在100mg以下的元素。目前已确定的有铁、碘、铜、锌、锰、硒、氟、钼、钴、铬等10种。微量元素在体内通过多种方式发挥作用,其中主要通过形成结合蛋白、酶、激素和维生素而起作用。作为营养补充品的一种,微量元素在提高运动能力、抗疲劳方面有积极的意义。综合目前国内外各类文献,针对性地分述锌、铁、硒、铬、铜提高运动能力的作用机制及机体对微量元素的需求与补充。
Micro-elements are the elements that people need below 100 mg in every day. Now, there are only ten kind of elements determined as micro-elements. They are Fe、I、Cu、Zn、Mn、Se、F、Mo、Co、 Cr. In body, Micro-elements take effect by many ways, mainly by the formation of conjoined protein 、enzyme 、 hormone and vitamin. As one of sports supplement, Micro-elements have an active meaning in exercise perforrnance improving and resisting fatigue. This article expounds individually Zn, Fe, Se, Cr and Cu's influence to exercise perforrnance.
