振兴延边 ,不能步人后尘 ,要提倡创新思维。只有解放思想 ,转变观念 ,实施优化战略与启动创新工程 ,才能创造条件 。
To rejuvenate Yanbian, we should not trail along behind others, but advocate innovative thinking. Only by emancipating the mind, renewing our ideas, implementing an optimal strategy and initiating an innovative project, can we pave the way for the prefecture's sustainable economic growth.
